1. Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets as directed by management.
2. Cultivate and maintain strong client relationships, both within and outside the boutique.
3. Proactively develop new and existing clientele, focusing on high watchmaking and bespoke sales.
4. Ensure exceptional customer service and provide expert product knowledge and Maison history.
5. Assist clients with customer service needs, both pre- and post-sale.
6. Maintain the brand's high standards and participate in daily boutique operations.
7. Comply with all security and operational policies and procedures.
8. Assist with merchandising, daily maintenance of displays, and inventory management.
9. Support various commercial projects, including boutique renovations and business development plans.
10. Coordinate and manage ad-hoc projects while adhering to company policies.

1. 3+ years of experience in watches or high-value luxury product sales preferred.
2. Eagerness to sell and learn.
3. Strong understanding of customer service needs and priorities.
4. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
5. Self-starter with a team-player approach.
6. Availability to work retail hours, including nights and weekends.
