- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets as directed by management.
- Cultivate and maintain strong client relationships, both within and outside the boutique.
- Proactively develop new and existing clientele, focusing on high watchmaking and bespoke sales.
- Ensure exceptional customer service and provide expert product knowledge and Maison history.
- Assist clients with customer service needs, both pre- and post-sale.
- Maintain the brand's high standards and participate in daily boutique operations.
- Comply with all security and operational policies and procedures.
- Assist with merchandising, daily maintenance of displays, and inventory management.
- Support various commercial projects, including boutique renovations and business development plans.
- Coordinate and manage ad-hoc projects while adhering to company policies.
- 3+ years of experience in watches or high-value luxury product sales preferred.
- Eagerness to sell and learn.
- Strong understanding of customer service needs and priorities.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Self-starter with a team-player approach.
- Availability to work retail hours, including nights and weekends.
