Jaeger LeCoultre S&OP and MPS Planner

- Prepare and coordinate the Industrial and Commercial Plan (PIC) in collaboration with various contributing departments to inform the brand's three-year strategy in marketing, commercial, industrial, and financial domains.
- Manage and oversee the End of Life process, including sizing and projecting finished product stock in collaboration with the International Supply Chain for distribution.
- Optimize residual stocks across the entire supply chain and manage lifecycle phases to finely control phase-in and phase-out processes.
- Develop the Master Production Schedule (MPS) for Watches and Atmos based on forecasts, target stocks, and production capacity.
- Simulate impacts and propose alternative scenarios to inform decision-making regarding product discontinuation, workshop capacities, and procurement.
- Enhance processes and tools related to the establishment of the MPS.
- Lead future projects within the evolution of the Supply Chain.
- Advanced degree in engineering or equivalent with a specialization in Supply Chain.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in Supply Chain, ideally within a complex environment, or industrial/financial experience closely related to Supply Chain.
- Dynamic, organized, and meticulous with excellent adaptability and strategic thinking skills.
- Ability to structure complex processes and unite various departments around common objectives.
- Proficient in Excel; knowledge of one or more ERP & APS systems is advantageous.
- Fluency in French and English (minimum B2 level).
At least 3 years of relevant experience in Supply Chain management, preferably in a complex environment.
Advanced degree in engineering or equivalent with a specialization in Supply Chain.
The position offers the opportunity to work within a prestigious luxury brand, with regular travel to Meyrin (Geneva) and a base in the scenic Vallée de Joux.
