1. Manage stock and product allocation, ensuring optimal inventory levels and efficient order dispatch through SAP.
2. Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to maintain Jaeger-LeCoultre's reputation and image.
3. Support boutique operations, including system coordination and event assistance.
4. Handle retailer requests and system management, ensuring timely responses and relationship building.
5. Serve as the key user for SAP and Booster systems, ensuring business processes are executed effectively.
6. Implement business transformation projects and support new retail initiatives.
7. Develop training plans and materials for boutiques across the UK and Ireland.
8. Foster strong relationships with stakeholders and participate in events and fairs.

1. Fluency in English; proficiency in French is advantageous.
2. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
3. Proficient in SAP, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
4. Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
5. Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
6. Enthusiastic and proactive team player.
