- Manage and activate a network of 20-30 points of sale.
- Propose and implement network development strategies.
- Achieve monthly and yearly sales objectives.
- Regularly visit points of sale to manage accounts, oversee replenishment and stock, and ensure adherence to brand guidelines.
- Produce detailed reports on sales and backorders.
- Develop and execute sell-out plans, including fairs and events.
- Ensure sales associates receive proper training and motivation, including the implementation of incentive plans.
- Oversee display arrangements in accordance with brand visual merchandising directives.
- Maximize brand visibility through strategic negotiations with dealers and department stores.
- Participate in team meetings and activities.
- Report directly to the Commercial Director.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in wholesale, preferably in the luxury products or watch industry.
- Native-level proficiency in Japanese and business-level proficiency in English.
- Established business network with department stores, distributors, and other relevant entities.
- Customer-centric approach.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Proficiency in numerical analysis and Excel.
- Proactive and problem-solving mindset.
- Commitment and self-motivation.
- Team-oriented attitude.
A minimum of three years in wholesale, with a preference for experience in the luxury sector or watch industry.
Product training will be provided. Frequent domestic business trips and occasional international travel are expected.
