- Consistently achieve and surpass monthly sales targets.
- Cultivate and sustain long-term client relationships both in-store and through external engagements.
- Expand the client base by attracting new clients and nurturing existing ones.
- Drive high-value sales in fine watchmaking and bespoke sales.
- Deliver personalized and exceptional service to ensure a memorable luxury experience.
- Demonstrate comprehensive product knowledge and share the Maison's rich history and heritage.
- Provide ongoing customer service, ensuring client satisfaction before and after sales.
- Maintain the highest standards of service and presentation to uphold the Maison’s reputation.
- Utilize storytelling to create luxurious client experiences.
- Foster strong client relationships using Maison-specific CRM tools and strategies.
- Maintain regular outreach and personalized communications to build brand loyalty.
- Collaborate with management to develop and execute client engagement strategies.
- Accurately capture client information for follow-up and relationship building.
- Address client issues with professionalism, escalating to management when necessary.
- Support the planning and execution of in-store and offsite events and VIP client experiences.
- Adhere to all security, operational, and procedural standards.
- Assist with daily boutique setup and breakdown, ensuring brand standards are met.
- Contribute to merchandising efforts and organization of displays and back-stock.
- Participate in inventory processes to ensure accuracy.
- Support special projects such as price updates and back-office tasks.
- 3+ years of experience in watches or high-value luxury product sales preferred.
- Strong understanding of customer service needs and priorities.
- Excellent computer skills; SAP exposure is a plus.
- Additional language skills are advantageous.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Self-starter with a team-player approach.
- Availability to work retail hours, including nights and weekends.

A minimum of three years in luxury product sales, particularly in watches, is preferred.
Expected salary range: $22 - $29 per hour, determined based on relevant skills and experience.
