- Welcome clients and conduct sales in accordance with the Maison’s selling ceremony.
- Actively contribute to the boutique's turnover and achieve sales targets.
- Develop client loyalty through clienteling actions and consistent follow-up.
- Understand and implement boutique KPIs and action plans as defined by management.
- Participate in both commercial and non-commercial events for the Maison.
- Support fellow Sales Associates in achieving boutique targets.
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of the Maison’s products, history, and brand identity.
- Prepare the boutique to welcome clients and ensure a seamless omni-channel client journey.
- Personalize client relationships and anticipate their needs.
- Facilitate client services, including repairs and maintenance, while communicating relevant information.
- Contribute to operational tasks such as stock counts and replenishment.
- Comply with the Maison’s policies and commercial rules.
- Result-oriented and ambitious with a strong sense of luxury.
