1. Achieve and exceed personal and team sales targets, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction through exceptional sales and after-sales service.
2. Develop and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a brand ambassador and nurturing sales leads.
3. Perform administrative tasks including client follow-up, handling inquiries, and managing client complaints.
4. Adhere to internal procedures and corporate guidelines related to daily operations, including inventory control and reporting.
5. Represent the brand inside and outside the boutique, striving for excellence in retail and service.
6. Manage after-sales service, ensuring timely repairs and conversion of customer service interactions into sales.
7. Participate in outreach activities, building a network within the Selfridges ecosystem and attending off-site events.

1. Proven experience in luxury retail sales or a related field.
2. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
3. Competence in MS Office, with knowledge of SAP as a plus.
