- Consistently achieve and surpass monthly sales targets.
- Cultivate and sustain long-term client relationships both in-store and through external engagements.
- Expand the client base by attracting new clientele and nurturing existing relationships.
- Drive high-value sales in fine watchmaking and bespoke offerings.
- Deliver personalized and exceptional service to ensure a memorable luxury experience.
- Demonstrate comprehensive product knowledge and share the rich heritage of the Maison.
- Provide ongoing customer service before and after sales to ensure client satisfaction.
- Uphold the Maison’s reputation by maintaining high standards of service and presentation.
- Utilize storytelling to create luxurious experiences for clients.
- Foster strong client relationships using Maison-specific CRM tools.
- Maintain regular outreach and personalized communications with clients.
- Collaborate with management on targeted client plans and engagement strategies.
- Accurately capture client information to support follow-up efforts.
- Address client issues professionally, escalating to management when necessary.
- Support planning and execution of in-store and offsite events and VIP experiences.
- Adhere to security, operational, and procedural standards.
- Assist with daily boutique setup and breakdown.
- Contribute to merchandising efforts and organization of displays.
- Participate in inventory processes to ensure accuracy.
- Support special projects such as price updates and back-office tasks.
- 3+ years of experience in watches or high-value luxury product sales preferred.
- Strong understanding of customer service needs and priorities.
- Excellent computer skills; SAP exposure is a plus.
- Additional language skills are advantageous.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail with multitasking ability.
- Self-starter with a team-player approach.
- Availability to work retail hours including nights and weekends.

A minimum of 3 years in luxury product sales, preferably in watches, is preferred.
Expected salary range: $24-$26 per hour. Salary will be determined based on relevant skills and experience.
