1. Support the daily operations of the retail network and omnichannel flows.
2. Respond to stock availability requests from Sales Ambassadors.
3. Manage a portfolio of orders, including providing lead times, tracking payments, and releasing or canceling orders.
4. Coordinate necessary stock transfers.
5. Leverage insights from weekly operations meetings with Richemont stakeholders to ensure seamless collaboration and identify new opportunities.
6. Report operational issues and bugs to the Digital/IT teams.
7. Broadcast commercial and marketing guidelines to support Maison standards.
8. Ensure compliance with various processes and contribute to retail simplification and continuous improvement.
9. Maintain and update the guidelines database.

1. Enrollment in a Master's or Bachelor's degree program in business.
2. Strong interest in the luxury industry.

1. Fluency in French and English, with excellent writing skills in both languages.
2. Proficiency in SAP and Excel.
3. Curiosity and strong organizational skills.
4. Solution-oriented mindset and ability to work collaboratively as a team player.

International exposure and a first experience in sales are advantageous.

Pursuing a Master's or Bachelor's degree in business.
