- Support the daily operations of the retail network and omnichannel flows.
- Respond to stock availability requests from Sales Ambassadors.
- Manage a portfolio of orders, including providing lead times, tracking payments, and releasing or canceling orders.
- Coordinate necessary stock transfers.
- Leverage insights from weekly operations meetings with Richemont stakeholders to ensure seamless collaboration and identify new opportunities.
- Report operational issues and bugs to the Digital/IT teams.
- Broadcast commercial and marketing guidelines to support Maison standards.
- Ensure compliance with various processes and contribute to retail simplification and continuous improvement.
- Maintain and update the guidelines database.
- Enrollment in a Master's or Bachelor's degree program in business.
- Strong interest in the luxury industry.
- Fluency in French and English, with excellent writing skills in both languages.
- Proficiency in SAP and Excel.
- Curiosity and strong organizational skills.
- Solution-oriented mindset and ability to work collaboratively as a team player.
International exposure and a first experience in sales are advantageous.
Pursuing a Master's or Bachelor's degree in business.
