1. Support Head of Retailization on projects such as Ambassador club, incentive programs, boutique flows improvement, and new digital solutions.
2. Manage publication and follow-up on omnichannel digital tools.
3. Provide support in boutique openings and temporary boutique setups.
4. Assist in implementing boutique action plans.
5. Optimize the commercial team's agendas and coordinate their meetings.
6. Support coordination of commercial teams at boutiques and area sales managers.
7. Assist with yearly sell-in and sell-out, and budget planning for external boutiques and watch point of sales.
8. Support business analysis, intelligence, and network strategy.
9. Assist operations team with daily operations, client orders, and policy updates.
10. Manage uniform procedures and support onboarding of new hires.
11. Support boutique teams during high peak seasons.
12. Assist with monthly boutique orders and improve ordering processes.
13. Provide administrative support to commercial, retailization, and operations teams.
14. Assist with SAP vendor and purchase order creations.
15. Plan, attend, and minute all team meetings.
16. Create newsletters.

1. Completed studies in economics or comparable fields.
2. First practical experience in retail and/or wholesale.

1. Proactive approach to tasks.
2. Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously with attention to detail.
3. Excellent MS Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
4. Analytical thinking.
5. Fluency in written and spoken German and English; knowledge of French is an advantage.
6. Team player with independent, flexible, and persevering work style.
7. Hands-on personality.

First practical experience in the field of retail and/or wholesale.

Completed studies in economics or comparable studies.
