- Assist the Head of Retailization with projects including Ambassador club, incentive programs, and digital solutions.
- Manage and monitor omnichannel digital tools.
- Provide support for boutique openings and temporary boutique setups.
- Assist in implementing boutique action plans and process flows.
- Optimize and coordinate the commercial team's agendas and meetings.
- Support coordination of commercial teams in boutiques and area sales management.
- Assist in yearly sell-in and sell-out budgeting and rolling estimates.
- Contribute to business analysis, intelligence, and network strategy.
- Support daily operations at Watch Point of Sales, including client orders and credit notes.
- Update and implement policy and procedure guidelines.
- Manage uniform procedures and support onboarding of new hires.
- Assist boutique teams during peak seasons.
- Facilitate monthly boutique orders and streamline communication processes.
- Provide administrative support to commercial, retailization, and operations teams.
- Assist with SAP vendor and purchase order creations.
- Plan, attend, and document team meetings.
- Create newsletters.
- Completed studies in economics or a related field.
- First practical experience in retail or wholesale.
- Proactive task management and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent MS Office skills, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Fluency in German and English; French is advantageous.
- Team player with independent and flexible working style.
- Hands-on personality with a quick grasp of new tasks.
First practical experience in retail or wholesale is required.
Completed studies in economics or a comparable field.
