1. Define, refine, and implement regional stock strategy aligned with business objectives.
2. Manage the sales forecast process for the region, ensuring alignment with budget and collection strategies.
3. Deploy assortment and auto-replenishment strategies across the network for core ranges.
4. Develop and execute implementation strategies for new product launches, including allocation prioritization during shortages.
5. Conduct comprehensive sales and stock reporting, analysis, and business intelligence to ensure alignment with commercial and marketing teams.
6. Lead strategic projects to optimize operational efficiency and improve business performance.
7. Support market operations teams in identifying improvement areas and developing solutions.
8. Contribute to business reviews, budget planning, and revision exercises in collaboration with HQ and regional teams.
