- Achieve and exceed personal sales targets, both quantitative and qualitative.
- Support the boutique team in meeting and surpassing sales objectives.
- Ensure high levels of client satisfaction through exceptional sales and after-sales service.
- Nurture client relationships to generate sales leads and build lasting connections.
- Develop client strategies tailored to different client typologies.
- Network within the Selfridges environment to create sales opportunities.
- Perform administrative tasks including client follow-up, handling inquiries, and managing complaints.
- Adhere to internal procedures and corporate guidelines for daily operations.
- Maintain inventory quality and ensure exceptional selling conditions.
- Represent the brand inside and outside the boutique, maintaining impeccable grooming standards.
- Manage after-sales services, ensuring timely repairs and high service levels.
- Act as a brand ambassador, developing relationships within the Selfridges ecosystem.
- Participate in off-site events and clienteling activities organized by the marketing team.
- Effective interpersonal and communication skills.
- Competence in MS Office, particularly Excel; knowledge of SAP is a plus.
- Passion for the brand and proactive, enthusiastic attitude.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
