Jaeger LeCoultre Marketing Intern

- Support extraction of regional database and monitor CRM results via Salesforce.
- Manage client extractions, campaigns, and reporting on CRM programs.
- Assist in implementing regional clienteling strategies, including gifting and client treatment.
- Create and follow up on CRM campaigns, including e-cards, emailings, events, and retail activations.
- Support management of the clienteling app, including user management and contact occasions.
- Coordinate and manage ad-hoc projects.
- Support organization and implementation of brand events, including logistics and vendor sourcing.
- Assist with POSM annual orders, inventory management, and logistics.
- Support VM-related tasks, including POSM and lightbox rollout.
- Assist in local production of gifting collaterals, including vendor sourcing and negotiation.
- Monitor and analyze PR evaluations via the DMR platform, including competitor analysis.
- Assist with photoshoot arrangements and provide on-site support.
- Support coordination and implementation of local PR activations, including press events and gifting.
- Manage media enquiries and maintain an up-to-date press list.
- Manage brand asset library, including downloading imagery and videos.
- Provide administrative support, including vendor onboarding, PO creation, and invoice processing.
- Proficiency in Salesforce and CRM tools.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
- Familiarity with PR and marketing analytics tools.
Previous experience in marketing, CRM, or event coordination is preferred but not required.
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
