- Support the implementation of the client experience strategy across key touchpoints, including boutique activations and events.
- Develop and implement client experience journeys during hallmark occasions such as Holidays and Ramadan.
- Enhance flagship client experiences at Atelier d'Antoine and Dubai Mall 1931 Cafe.
- Assist in implementing CRM tools for activations and events, including invites, booking platforms, and attendance tracking.
- Develop and implement the overall gifting strategy, coordinating corporate gifting for boutiques and tracking shipments.
- Support gifting initiatives for press and key opinion leaders (KOL).
- Assist the PR agency with PR opportunities, photoshoots, and monthly PR kit updates.
- Share assets for product launches and brand events.
- Facilitate the invoicing and payment process, overseeing purchase order creation and vendor management.
- Ensure timely invoice processing and budget adherence for all gifting and experience-related projects.
- Contribute to the development of event and project reports and presentations.
- Assist with coordination and logistics of marketing activations.
- Support cross-functional marketing initiatives across retail, digital, and communications teams.
- Proven experience in marketing, preferably within the luxury sector.
- Strong understanding of client experience strategies and CRM tools.
- Familiarity with public relations and trade marketing.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in CRM and marketing software.
- Ability to manage budgets and financial processes.
A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a marketing role, preferably within the luxury sector.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
