- Support the planning, execution, and monitoring of Media Advertising Coop Campaigns across the Americas region.
- Coordinate timely implementation of campaigns with partners, ensuring proactive communication and asset provision.
- Collaborate with headquarters to discuss Coop opportunities and creative strategies.
- Work with digital agencies to develop appropriate advertisements and creatives.
- Manage invoice payments and tracking, ensuring budget consistency with finance departments.
- Maintain and optimize the brand's digital presence on partner websites and virtual showcases.
- Coordinate newsletter campaigns with partners, ensuring proper implementation with the CRM team.
- Maintain accurate records of Coop campaigns using BumbleBee, including events and newsletters.
- Assist in planning and executing brand events and activations, ensuring seamless execution across teams.
- Follow procurement guidelines for vendor selection and support onboarding of new vendors.
- Support event logistics, including material transportation and expense tracking.
- Provide administrative support to the Brand President and team, including calendar management and travel arrangements.
- Assist with top management visits, coordinating agendas, reservations, and travel logistics.
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in marketing or advertising, preferably in the luxury sector.
- Ability to translate global guidelines to local environments.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite; familiarity with BumbleBee is advantageous.
- Experience with SAP systems or similar is preferred.
- Willingness to travel up to 20% of the time.
- Flexible schedule with availability outside regular business hours.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Spanish; French is a plus.
- Exceptional organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks.

1-3 years of experience in marketing, advertising, or a similar role, with luxury experience being advantageous.

Expected salary range: $31 - $36 per hour, determined based on relevant skills and experience.
