- Develop and implement the Marketing and Communications Strategy for Jaeger-LeCoultre in Iberia, aligning with global guidelines.
- Create and execute local marketing plans, leveraging opportunities and involving relevant teams and departments.
- Plan and oversee local activities in media, PR, CRM, POS, and events within the allocated A&P budget.
- Monitor sales performance to ensure strategies are effectively supporting network performance.
- Collaborate with the Communication Manager to develop and implement the annual strategic action plan.
- Coordinate 360-degree marketing plans with all stakeholders.
- Supervise the implementation of marketing activities for product launches and retail channels.
- Define media targets with HQ and lead local implementation with media and production agencies.
- Manage external suppliers and ensure efficient A&P budget control.
- Implement retail excellence initiatives in boutiques and motivate retail teams to achieve global KPIs.
- Plan and implement annual marketing strategies for wholesale partners.
- Collaborate with the PR Manager to oversee communication strategy and influence journalists and KOLs.
- Report monthly to finance and HQ on budget and performance metrics.
- Legal ability to live and work in Spain.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- MBA or Master's degree in Marketing is highly appreciated.
- Fluency in Spanish and English; Portuguese is highly appreciated.
- Professional proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint; SAP knowledge recommended.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Excellent planning, organizing, and time management skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to lead a team.
Minimum of 10 years in international marketing, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. MBA or Marketing Master's degree is highly appreciated.
