Jaeger LeCoultre Marketing & Client Experience Assistant (Work‑Study)

- Support the Marketing & Client Experience team in planning and executing boutique and client activation campaigns.
- Assist with the preparation of clienteling communications, CRM segmentation and targeted outreach.
- Coordinate logistics for client events, in‑store activations and VIP appointments in Paris, liaising with boutiques, PR and operations.
- Draft and adapt marketing materials, presentations and reports for internal stakeholders and retail teams.
- Monitor campaign and boutique KPIs, consolidate feedback and maintain accurate databases and client files.
- Contribute to social media and digital content production by preparing briefs, assets and calendar planning.
- Provide hands‑on support in boutiques to observe client interactions and ensure a consistent customer experience.
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's programme in Marketing, Luxury Management, Communications or a related discipline (alternance/work‑study required).
- Strong interest in luxury watchmaking and client service; demonstrable knowledge of luxury retail dynamics is an asset.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with high attention to detail.
- Organised, proactive and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced retail environment.
- Professional demeanour appropriate for interaction with high‑net‑worth clients and internal stakeholders.

- Event coordination and vendor liaison
- Clienteling and VIP service techniques
- Social media content support and basic digital marketing literacy
Previous internship or practical experience in marketing, retail or client‑facing roles — ideally within luxury goods, watches or jewellery. Work‑study experience preferred but not mandatory.
Enrolled in a tertiary programme (Bachelor's or Master's) in Marketing, Luxury Brand Management, Communications, Business or equivalent, eligible for alternance/work‑study.
