- Achieve and exceed individual and boutique sales targets, understanding boutique KPIs, and implementing related action plans.
- Lead by example, share best practices, and mentor Sales Associates and new joiners.
- Engage proactively with clients, identify their needs through active listening, and develop strong, lasting relationships through personalized communication and follow-up.
- Seek opportunities to expand the client network, maintain the client database, and invite clients to private events and previews.
- Provide exceptional after-sales service, handling repairs, adjustments, strap changes, and resolving client inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Facilitate communication between clients and Maison service centers, ensuring client satisfaction and building brand loyalty.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing boutique environment, adhering to brand standards.
- Handle sales transactions confidently, process payments, and manage returns.
- Participate in inventory management, including receiving, stocking, and securing products and accessories.
- Build operational knowledge on all digital tools and adhere to Maison commercial policy, rules, security protocols, and loss prevention measures.
- Assist with visual merchandising and product displays.
- Provide in-depth knowledge of Jaeger-LeCoultre history, collections, and technical specifications, presenting and demonstrating timepieces with passion and expertise.
- Stay up to date on industry trends, competitor activities, and new product launches.
- Represent the Maison with sophistication at exclusive events.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve boutique goals, sharing knowledge, supporting team members, and actively participating in team meetings and training sessions.
- Proven experience in luxury retail sales, preferably within the watchmaking or jewellery industry.
- Demonstrated ability to cultivate and expand a network of high-net-worth individuals.
- Passion for luxury watchmaking.
- High motivation and a results-oriented approach.
- High hospitality standards and dedication to providing exceptional client experiences.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Self-confidence, self-awareness, and trustworthiness.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in other languages is a plus.
Proven experience in luxury retail sales, preferably within the watchmaking or jewellery industry.
