- Co-create, manage, and deploy training content including e-learning modules and video editing, ensuring seamless translation across all languages.
- Design engaging training presentations to inspire excellence.
- Manage digital learning platforms such as LMS CornerStone and Watch Live.
- Organize and facilitate training programs, ensuring operational success of training roll-outs.
- Coordinate various training requests and manage editorial and community engagement.
- Promote L&D initiatives through newsletters and internal communications.
- Engage with the Richemont L&D community across different regions.
- Track and monitor training initiatives using internal corporate systems.
- Orchestrate employee assignments and training tracking within the LMS and WatchLive app.
- Monitor and analyze Key Performance Indicators to derive actionable insights.
- Assist in organizing training meetings and seminars, including exclusive Manufacture visits.
- Manage organization and hospitality aspects, including travel arrangements and gifts.
- Collaborate with local partners, artisans, regional trainers, and sales staff.
- Co-animate the Jaeger-LeCoultre Worldwide Trainers’ Community to foster collaboration.
- Organize remote visits from the Manufacture in Le Sentier, Vallée de Joux.
- Provide support to worldwide trainers, ensuring effective internal communication.
- Initial experience in project management, training, product marketing, retail, or a client-related function within the luxury industry.
- Fluency in French and English.
- Exceptional communication and organizational skills.
- Intercultural agility and meticulous attention to detail.
- Autonomous, energetic, and resourceful.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite: PowerPoint, Excel, Teams.
Initial experience in project management, training, product marketing, retail, or a client-related function within the luxury industry is required.
