- Drive the implementation of new PR formats, collaborating with global and regional teams to engage new audiences through innovative methods such as paid editorials and panels.
- Lead PR campaigns under the Made of Makers program, managing the process from initial briefing to the final delivery of PR assets and market rollout.
- Enhance PR coverage by cultivating enduring relationships with key publishers and initiating collaborations with a curated community of Watch Opinion Leaders globally.
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of trends and the evolving marketing landscape to devise innovative PR initiatives that enhance Maison storytelling.
- Manage cross-functional projects, crafting and consolidating toolboxes for major international PR activations and supporting regions in local PR initiatives.
- Ensure timely delivery of projects with the highest quality, managing budgets, tracking expenditures, and liaising with suppliers.
- Compile detailed reports on PR activations, tracking performance and identifying key learnings and best practices.
- Foster strong collaboration with stakeholders within HQ, regional organizations, and local markets.
- 5 to 8 years of experience in public relations, marketing, or communications within the luxury industry, particularly in horology, fashion, or beauty.
- Strong presentation and communication skills with the ability to build networks and foster relationships with the Press and Watch Opinion Leaders.
- Proficient transversal management and project management skills.
- Advanced knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Familiarity with the DMR platform is advantageous.
- Bilingual proficiency in English and French, with strong writing skills. Additional languages are a plus.
- Dynamic, creative, and passionate with strong interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail and aesthetic sensitivity.
- Flexibility and agility.
5 to 8 years of experience in public relations, marketing, or communications within the luxury industry.
