- Lead the management and development of the High Watchmaking team, including roles such as Head of International VIC Development, High-end Development Project Manager, and HWM Merchandising Manager.
- Define and implement a commercial strategy to achieve sales objectives, focusing on VIC conquest across platforms, events, and points of sale.
- Manage the HWM budget and ensure the effectiveness of the strategy and tools deployed.
- Collaborate with the Marketing Department to express the needs of the HWM and VIC segment regarding communication tools.
- Participate in the recruitment and development of international salespersons and ensure the development of HWM skills within the Maison.
- Serve as the primary contact for HWM stakeholders, including Finance, Manufacture, Creation, Marketing, Communication, and Markets.
- Ensure alignment between products and HWM commercial needs and supervise stock allocation and presence.
- Oversee the relevance, quality, and performance of regional and international HWM events.
- Participate in defining processes for special orders in collaboration with Design, Manufacture, and Supply Chain.
- Proven experience in luxury sales and business development, particularly in high-end watchmaking or a related field.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Strategic thinking and commercial acumen.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Extensive experience in luxury sales and business development, with a focus on high-end watchmaking or a related industry.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
