Jaeger LeCoultre HR Specialist

- Manage day‑to‑day HR administration including contracts, personnel records and HRIS data integrity.
- Coordinate end‑to‑end recruitment processes: job postings, candidate screening, interviews and onboarding.
- Act as a point of contact for employee relations matters, providing advisory support and facilitating conflict resolution.
- Support compensation and payroll processes by liaising with payroll providers and finance to ensure accurate and timely execution.
- Implement and maintain compliance with Swiss employment legislation and internal HR policies.
- Design and coordinate training, development and performance review cycles in collaboration with line managers.
- Prepare HR reports and metrics for management, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives in HR processes.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience.
- Solid knowledge of Swiss employment law and statutory HR obligations.
- Demonstrated ability to manage confidential employee matters with discretion and professionalism.
- Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills; ability to advise managers and build credibility across functions.
- Strong organisational skills with the capacity to manage competing priorities and deliver to deadlines.

Typically 3–5 years of progressive HR experience, preferably within manufacturing, technical operations or the luxury goods sector; prior exposure to multi‑disciplinary teams and hands‑on HR operations in a Swiss context is highly desirable.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
