Jaeger LeCoultre Head of Product Marketing

- Define and implement the product marketing strategy for the Maison, focusing on core collections such as Reverso, Rendez-Vous, and the Master collection.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and successful achievement of turnover, profitability, and launch objectives.
- Lead the development strategy of the collection, including market and competitor analysis, and define marketing strategies for new product lines.
- Coordinate the product development process from design to commercial launch, ensuring financial viability.
- Manage the performance of collections through analysis and collaboration with the Marketing Business Analyst.
- Coordinate product launches, including writing product news, developing sales documents, and managing 360-degree launch activation.
- Ensure the accuracy of product information and manage intellectual property issues with the Legal Department.
- Represent and introduce new collections at internal and external events.
- Fluency in French and English
- University degree from a recognized business school
- 8 to 10 years of experience in a similar position within the watch or luxury industry
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and PowerPoint
- Strong analytical and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work collaboratively across departments
- Deep understanding of the luxury or watch industry
8 to 10 years of experience in a similar watch position, with expertise in the luxury or fashion industry. International sales and marketing experience is advantageous.
University degree from a recognized business school
