- Adapt and implement marketing plans in alignment with headquarters' strategies, optimizing resources and identifying key success levers.
- Ensure excellence in executing marketing plans to support commercial objectives and manage joint marketing strategies with partners.
- Oversee brand events, including project leadership, trade marketing, and client experience deployment.
- Maintain consistency and quality of Visual Merchandising across the market and during events and store openings.
- Manage and control the A&P budget in accordance with annual guidelines.
- Collaborate with HQ and local PR teams to manage media relations and PR plans, including competition analysis and benchmarking.
- Develop and execute 360-degree Social, Digital, Media, KOL, and PR strategies to enhance brand awareness and desirability.
- Lead omnichannel initiatives to ensure a seamless client journey.
- Implement Clienteling strategies, including CRM tools and objectives for client acquisition, conversion, and retention.
- Manage the quality and consistency of the client database, focusing on qualitative data capture and segmentation.
- Build strong relationships with key stakeholders to secure support and resources.
- Motivate and coach team members to achieve targets and foster innovation.
- Proven experience in marketing and communication.
- Extensive knowledge of the 360-degree marketing ecosystem.
- Demonstrated project leadership from planning to delivery with strong business acumen.
