Jaeger LeCoultre Flagship Boutique Director

- Drive and develop sales, marketing, profitability, and client service levels in the boutique.
- Manage and motivate a proactive, results-oriented team, setting goals for all sales associates.
- Build the client database and lead client development action plans.
- Ensure team adherence to brand and group policies.
- Achieve sales, product mix, and profitability targets set by management.
- Develop client networks and establish relationships with high-end clients.
- Uphold the brand’s customer service standards and policies.
- Manage, develop, and support the boutique team culture.
- Lead daily and weekly meetings to ensure strong cross-functional communication.
- Coach and organize training in accordance with team development needs.
- Coordinate special CRM or marketing programs with the marketing team.
- Monitor and ensure the highest level of client service.
- Oversee CRM activity and maintain deep knowledge of the boutique client database.
- Ensure optimal representation of the brand in the boutique, adhering to visual merchandising guidelines.
- Participate in brand events locally and globally.
- Supervise boutique administration and operations, including cash, transaction management, stock management, repairs, and security.
- Proven track record managing a luxury flagship boutique, showroom, or similar sector.
- At least 5 years of experience in team leadership and management.
- Fluent in English; proficiency in additional languages is advantageous.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office suite.
- Diplomatic and able to work well with different cultures.
- Proactive and resourceful in generating new business and ideas.
- Confident with strong interpersonal skills to manage the team.
- Committed to excellence in execution.
- Team player with fair-mindedness.
Minimum of 5 years in team leadership and management within a luxury flagship boutique or similar sector.
