1. Drive and develop sales, marketing, profitability, and client service levels in the boutique.
2. Manage and motivate a proactive, results-oriented team, setting goals for all sales associates.
3. Build the client database and lead client development action plans.
4. Ensure team adherence to brand and group policies.
5. Achieve sales, product mix, and profitability targets set by management.
6. Develop client networks and establish relationships with high-end clients.
7. Uphold the brand’s customer service standards and policies.
8. Manage, develop, and support the boutique team culture.
9. Lead daily and weekly meetings to ensure strong cross-functional communication.
10. Coach and organize training in accordance with team development needs.
11. Coordinate special CRM or marketing programs with the marketing team.
12. Monitor and ensure the highest level of client service.
13. Oversee CRM activity and maintain deep knowledge of the boutique client database.
14. Ensure optimal representation of the brand in the boutique, adhering to visual merchandising guidelines.
15. Participate in brand events locally and globally.
16. Supervise boutique administration and operations, including cash, transaction management, stock management, repairs, and security.

1. Proven track record managing a luxury flagship boutique, showroom, or similar sector.
2. At least 5 years of experience in team leadership and management.
3. Fluent in English; proficiency in additional languages is advantageous.
4. Good knowledge of Microsoft Office suite.
