- Support the Boutique Manager in achieving commercial targets and sustainable business ambitions.
- Maintain a strong presence on the sales floor to drive sales performance and growth.
- Represent Jaeger-LeCoultre as a brand ambassador within the local community.
- Ensure compliance with Group policies and retail procedures, including selling, customer service, and stock management.
- Oversee the safety and security of the team, inventory, and premises.
- Manage day-to-day boutique operations, ensuring adherence to brand standards.
- Handle inventory management to ensure optimal stock availability.
- Inspire and motivate the team to maintain high performance and morale.
- Organize staffing levels and integrate new team members effectively.
