1. Support the Boutique Manager in achieving commercial targets and sustainable business ambitions.
2. Maintain a strong presence on the sales floor to drive sales performance and growth.
3. Represent Jaeger-LeCoultre as a brand ambassador within the local community.
4. Ensure compliance with Group policies and retail procedures, including selling, customer service, and stock management.
5. Oversee the safety and security of the team, inventory, and premises.
6. Manage day-to-day boutique operations, ensuring adherence to brand standards.
7. Handle inventory management to ensure optimal stock availability.
8. Inspire and motivate the team to maintain high performance and morale.
9. Organize staffing levels and integrate new team members effectively.
10. Provide in-depth knowledge of Jaeger-LeCoultre's history and collections.
11. Cultivate lasting client relationships through personalized communication and follow-up.
12. Ensure the boutique environment provides a luxurious client experience.
13. Implement and manage CRM strategies to drive repeat business and brand loyalty.

2. Excellent leadership and team management abilities.
