- Assist the Boutique Manager in overseeing boutique operations and team development.

- Supervise staff adherence to discount policies and sales performance metrics.
- Ensure compliance with Group policies and Maison's commercial rules.
- Oversee safety and security of staff, stock, and premises.
- Manage stock accurately and lead inventory management processes.

- Maintain high standards of housekeeping and supervise boutique maintenance.

- Prospect and follow up with new clients, both local and international.
- 3-5 years of experience in supervisory roles within the luxury retail sector.
- Proven ability to develop long-term client relationships and drive business growth.
- Strong local network and high-end sales record preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and organizational abilities.
- Capability to motivate and develop a team.
- Flexibility and adaptability to change.
- Availability to work retail hours, including weekends.
3-5 years in supervisory positions within the luxury retail environment, with a focus on client relationship management and sales.
