1. Assist the Boutique Manager in overseeing boutique operations and team development.
2. Support the achievement of sales targets in alignment with the boutique's strategic goals.
3. Supervise staff adherence to discount policies and sales performance metrics.
4. Ensure compliance with Group policies and Maison's commercial rules.
5. Oversee safety and security of staff, stock, and premises.
6. Manage stock accurately and lead inventory management processes.
7. Ensure proper product handling, pricing, and merchandising.
8. Assist in preparing sales turnover and customer analysis reports.
9. Maintain high standards of housekeeping and supervise boutique maintenance.
10. Act as an alternative point of contact for customer service escalations.
11. Adapt service style to meet individual client needs and ensure client satisfaction.
12. Prospect and follow up with new clients, both local and international.

1. 3-5 years of experience in supervisory roles within the luxury retail sector.
2. Proven ability to develop long-term client relationships and drive business growth.
3. Strong local network and high-end sales record preferred.
