1. Assist the Boutique Director in achieving monthly and yearly boutique turnover and KPI targets.
2. Deliver a flawless in-store journey to clients and inspire team members.
3. Ensure store operations are perfectly followed according to corporate guidelines.
4. Provide the highest level of service to after-sales clients and manage complaints proactively.
5. Drive, monitor, and report performances of the boutique and each team member.
6. Provide training plans and career paths to ensure high levels of motivation.
7. Act as a business enabler for the boutique team to grow and engage VVIC clients database.
8. Leverage strategic location to grow business and participate in networking activities.
9. Ensure the 'Selling Ceremony' is respected and oversee CRM activity.
10. Act as an ambassador for the Maison, ensuring the integrity of its image.
11. Develop relationships and build a network of key contacts to boost brand awareness.

1. Extensive experience in luxury goods retail.
2. Previous experience in managing a team.
3. Complete understanding of KPI management.
4. Good general education with a sense for etiquette and presentation.

1. Strong perception of luxury service and aesthetics.
2. Excellent interpersonal competences and ability to interact with international clientele.
3. Ability to develop a network.
4. Excellent organisational skills and ease with performance management and analytical tools.

Extensive experience in luxury goods retail with previous experience in managing a team.

Good general education with a sense for etiquette and presentation.
