Jaeger LeCoultre Deputy Boutique Director

- Assist the Boutique Director in achieving monthly and yearly boutique turnover and KPI targets.
- Deliver a flawless in-store journey to clients and inspire team members.
- Ensure store operations adhere to corporate guidelines and maintain the highest level of service to after-sales clients.
- Manage complaints proactively and foster team spirit to exceed targets and achieve boutique KPIs.
- Drive, monitor, and report performances of the boutique and each team member through routines such as morning briefs and coaching sessions.
- Provide training plans and career paths to ensure high levels of motivation among team members.
- Leverage strategic positions in luxury retail to grow Jaeger-LeCoultre’s business and participate in networking activities.
- Ensure the 'Selling Ceremony' is respected by all team members and strive for excellence in mystery shopping results.
- Develop relationships and build a network of key contacts to enhance brand awareness and recruit new clients.
- Solid experience in luxury goods retail.
- Previous experience in managing a team.
- Complete understanding of KPI management.
- Very good general education with a sense for etiquette and presentation.
- Strong sense of luxury service and aesthetics.
- Proactive approach with excellent interpersonal competences.
- Ability to interact with international clientele and develop a network.
- Very good organizational skills and ease with performance management and analytical tools.
- Excellent communication skills, fluency in English, and proficiency in another language is a plus.
- Passion for watches and luxury goods.
Solid experience in luxury goods retail with previous team management experience.
Very good general education.
