1. Assist the Boutique Director in achieving monthly and yearly Boutique turnover and KPI targets.
2. Deliver a flawless in-store journey to clients and inspire team members.
3. Manage and ensure that store operations follow corporate guidelines.
4. Provide the highest level of service to After Sales Clients and manage complaints proactively.
5. Drive, monitor, and report performances of the boutique and each team member.
6. Provide training plans and career paths to the team to ensure high motivation levels.
7. Leverage strategic positions in luxury retail to grow business.
8. Participate in networking activities and client events.
9. Ensure the 'Selling Ceremony' is respected by all team members.
10. Act as an Ambassador for the Brand, ensuring the integrity of its image.
11. Develop relationships and build a network of key contacts.

1. Solid experience in Luxury Goods Retail
2. Previous experience in managing a team
3. Complete understanding of KPI management
4. Very good general education, sense for etiquette and presentation

1. Strong sense of luxury service, aesthetics, and proactive approach
2. Very good interpersonal competences and ability to interact with international clientele
3. Very good organisational skills, at ease with performance management and analytical tools
4. Excellent communication skills
5. Fluent in English; another language is a plus
6. Passion for watches and luxury goods

Solid experience in Luxury Goods Retail with previous experience in managing a team.
