- Provide operational support in managing the CRM platform, specifically Salesforce, including database verification, analysis, and control to enhance marketing and clienteling activities.
- Assist in the preparation of presentations for the Retail and CRM HQ Department.
- Support the creation of email marketing campaigns aimed at customer acquisition and product promotion, including target identification, DEM creation, journey management, results analysis, and reporting.
- Offer operational support in organizing and managing marketing events, co-marketing activities, and organizational secretarial tasks in collaboration with the team.
- Proficiency in Office 365 suite.
- Familiarity with Salesforce and Marketing Cloud or similar CRM platforms.
- Strong knowledge of major social networks.
- Professional proficiency in Italian and English.
- Proactive, flexible, motivated, and passionate about the luxury sector.
- Strong data analysis skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
No prior experience required, but familiarity with CRM platforms and marketing processes is advantageous.
