1. Provide operational support in managing the CRM platform, specifically Salesforce, including database verification, analysis, and control to enhance marketing and clienteling activities.
2. Assist in the preparation of presentations for the Retail and CRM HQ Department.
3. Support the creation of email marketing campaigns aimed at customer acquisition and product promotion, including target identification, DEM creation, journey management, results analysis, and reporting.
4. Offer operational support in organizing and managing marketing events, co-marketing activities, and organizational secretarial tasks in collaboration with the team.

1. Proficiency in Office 365 suite.
2. Familiarity with Salesforce and Marketing Cloud or similar CRM platforms.
3. Strong knowledge of major social networks.
4. Professional proficiency in Italian and English.
5. Proactive, flexible, motivated, and passionate about the luxury sector.
6. Strong data analysis skills.
7. Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
8. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

No prior experience required, but familiarity with CRM platforms and marketing processes is advantageous.
