1. Develop and enhance the brand equity of Jaeger-LeCoultre in the Netherlands and Nordics.
2. Attract and cultivate a local clientele, driving sales and establishing an optimal distribution network.
3. Accelerate business growth and enhance brand desirability through strategic initiatives.
4. Orchestrate a comprehensive 360° engagement plan to transform the organization into a digital and client-centric entity.
5. Execute the Maison's strategy with precision and excellence.
6. Build and lead a high-performing team and organization.
7. Establish strong communication and collaboration between regional teams, headquarters, and local functions.

1. 5-10 years of management, commercial, or brand-building experience.
2. In-depth knowledge of the luxury or client/retail-related business.
3. Experience in transversal project management.
4. Ability to travel at least 40% of the time.
5. Experience working in a matrix corporate organization.

1. Proven record in managing and growing strategic markets within the luxury industry.
2. Strong negotiation, influencing, networking, presentation, and diplomacy skills.
3. Client-centric approach with expertise in omnichannel strategies.
4. Understanding of brand identity and alignment with Maison's values.
5. International and multicultural sensitivity.

5-10 years of management, commercial, or brand-building experience in the luxury industry.
