- Develop and execute sales growth strategies for retail partners, including domestic wholesale and travel retail.
- Manage Sell-Out/Sell-In operations in alignment with retail partners' objectives.
- Provide regular business reports to the commercial director, analyzing market trends and competitor sales.
- Monitor sales trends and implement action plans to align with strategic objectives.
- Oversee POS and individual sales performance, implementing corrective actions as needed.
- Implement incentive schemes and manage retail partners' budgets and expenses.
- Analyze sales data to identify performance drivers and opportunities for growth.
- Monitor market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activities to optimize strategies.
- Coordinate customer service and support with retail partners.
- Identify new business opportunities and support network development.
- Set up and implement POS operation guidelines in line with global standards.
- Organize regular meetings with partners and POS managers to prepare action plans.
- Manage retail partners' KPIs, including CRM, stock management, and customer service.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure high-quality service and POS environment.
- Align business development projects with headquarters' strategies.
- Implement product assortment strategies and manage product performance analysis.
- Guide retail partners in following HQ directions for 'Retailization' projects.
- Coordinate legal affairs related to POS operations, ensuring compliance with brand standards.
- University degree with 4-8 years of experience in the luxury industry, preferably with a luxury retail background.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proven ability to analyze business data and translate insights into actions.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and results-driven.
- Problem-solving and process management skills.
- Fluent in English.
- Strong collaboration and team spirit.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Positive mindset with a can-do attitude.
- Hands-on approach.
- Proficiency in SAP preferred.
- Background in merchandising, inventory control, supply chain, and logistics preferred.
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
4-8 years of experience in the luxury industry, with a focus on retail operations and business development.
University degree required.
