- Define and execute the commercial strategy for the Western US territory to deliver revenue, market share and margin objectives.
- Own P&L performance for the region; develop accurate forecasts, budgets and promotional plans in collaboration with finance.
- Manage and grow key wholesale and retail partnerships, including flagship boutiques, authorized dealers and strategic accounts.
- Lead, coach and develop a dispersed sales and commercial team; set KPIs, conduct performance reviews and deploy talent where needed.
- Drive omnichannel initiatives and align retail, wholesale and digital channels to maximise sell‑through and client experience.
- Collaborate with marketing, product planning, after‑sales and inventory teams to shape assortment, launches and in‑market activations.
- Negotiate commercial agreements, allocate inventory, and ensure brand standards and client service across the territory.
- Use market intelligence and sales analytics to identify growth opportunities, pricing strategy adjustments and competitive actions.
- Proven senior leadership experience within luxury watches, jewelry or premium fashion — demonstrable success delivering sales growth and margin improvement.
- Track record of managing P&L and executing territory plans across wholesale and retail channels.
- Exceptional commercial acumen, negotiation skills and stakeholder management capabilities.
- Strong analytical orientation with experience in sales forecasting, inventory allocation and KPI management.
- Ability to lead remote and field teams, travel regularly across the territory and represent the brand at senior customer and partner levels.

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
