1. Adjust and operate 3 and 5-axis CNC machines.
2. Produce components in accordance with technical specifications.
3. Ensure quality assurance from the start of production.
4. Develop and refine new programs.
5. Monitor production using SPC (Statistical Process Control) and adhere to quality control plans.
6. Provide technical support to production operators and apprentices.
7. Perform first-level maintenance on equipment.
8. Organize production based on priorities.
9. Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

1. CFC in micromechanics or polymechanics, or an equivalent qualification.

1. Proficiency in setting 3 and 5-axis machines for watch components.
2. Expertise in traditional and optical control tools such as Marcel Aubert and OGP.
3. Programming skills with software like Alphacam and Creo.
4. Experience with Willemin-Macodel, Almac, and Bumotec machines is advantageous.
5. Dynamic, autonomous, meticulous, organized, with strong teamwork and communication skills.

Experience in setting 3 and 5-axis machines specifically for watch components (ebauche and mechanism).

CFC in micromechanics or polymechanics, or an equivalent qualification.
