1. Organize and manage manufacture visits independently, coordinating with various departments.
2. Act as an ambassador for Jaeger-LeCoultre by conducting tours for clients.
3. Monitor and maintain the agenda and daily activities.
4. Develop a catalog of local activities and experiences for clients and VIPs.
5. Track and report on manufacture visits weekly.
6. Compile daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports on experiences and commercial activities.
7. Ensure data quality and timely feedback from markets for reporting purposes.
8. Contribute to the enhancement of the manufacture visit process.
9. Provide daily support to market teams regarding client experiences at the manufacture.

1. Currently pursuing a Master's degree with a requirement for an internship.
2. Previous experience in hospitality and project management.
3. Experience in the luxury industry, particularly in fine watchmaking and high jewelry, is advantageous.

1. Fluency in English and French, with excellent writing skills in both languages.
2. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
3. Strong organizational and communication skills.
4. Problem-solving orientation with flexibility and efficiency.

A first experience in hospitality and project management is required. Experience in the luxury industry is a plus.

Currently pursuing a Master's degree.
