- Create exceptional and lasting memories for clients.
- Deliver an outstanding welcome and hospitality to every client.
- Anticipate and fulfill guest needs for a personalized experience.
- Utilize Jaeger-LeCoultre's history and storytelling to enhance client engagement.
- Offer detailed hospitality services including refreshments and comfort.
- Support Sales Associates during presentations and assist with product and accessory management.
- Organize and execute in-boutique client events and activations.
- Manage daily boutique traffic and assist with appointment scheduling.
- Prepare client appointments and ensure smooth coordination with Sales Associates.
- Maintain accurate client records and assist with CRM data input and reporting.
- Handle telephone and email inquiries with professionalism.
- Ensure boutique environment meets Maison standards of presentation.
- Manage hospitality supplies and assist with inventory tracking.
- Partner with the boutique team for product movement and inventory management.
- Develop deep knowledge of Jaeger-LeCoultre heritage and values.
- Gather industry insights and comply with security and operational procedures.
- Previous experience in the hospitality or luxury retail industry preferred.
- Excellent computer skills, including Microsoft Office; SAP knowledge is a plus.
- Additional language skills are advantageous.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills required.
- Understanding of customer service needs with attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously with precision.
- Self-starter with a collaborative team-player approach.
- Availability to work retail hours, including weekends.

Previous experience in hospitality or luxury retail is preferred.
Expected salary range: $23 - $26 per hour, negotiable based on skills and experience.
