Jaeger LeCoultre Client Data and Reporting Specialist

- Serve as the Maison's expert on Client Data, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of data flows across systems such as Salesforce Service Cloud, SAP, and Google Cloud Platform.
- Maintain and enhance the Client 360 View through Salesforce Service Cloud and clienteling applications, ensuring data is current and reliable.
- Centralize and prioritize the Maison's data needs, coordinating with Group Product Owners to manage change requests and oversee testing, validation, and release processes.
- Collaborate with HQ Departments and Regions to optimize data qualification and ensure seamless tracking of client interactions, including boutique activations, events, and gifting.
- Develop and implement advanced client reporting and performance monitoring capabilities within the Maison ecosystem.
- Promote the adoption of reporting tools across various organizational levels, including Markets, HQ, and Management.
- Assist the CRM Team with in-depth client analyses and support Client Activation in designing effective campaigns and customer journeys.
- 1 to 3 years of experience in data management and client reporting.
- Familiarity with retail environments is preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with Google Looker Dashboards or similar tools such as PowerBI or Tableau.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills for effective stakeholder interaction.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and reporting tools like Google Looker Dashboards, PowerBI, or Tableau.
- Experience with BigQuery and programming or statistical languages such as Python or R is advantageous.
- Familiarity with Salesforce Service Cloud is beneficial.
- Fluency in French and English.
1 to 3 years of experience in data management and client reporting, ideally within a retail environment.
