- Lead the planning and execution of regional brand experiences, including boutique activations, thematic animations, pop-ups, exhibitions, and cultural partnerships.
- Design elevated client journeys and touchpoints, incorporating storytelling, hospitality, and gifting strategies.
- Ensure comprehensive guest experiences, from invitation targeting to CRM journey tracking, with flawless operational execution.
- Lead PR and media strategies for the MEIAT region, in alignment with global headquarters, to enhance brand visibility.
- Manage press events, interviews, content shoots, influencer activations, and product placements.
- Oversee regional media planning and digital amplification in coordination with HQ teams.
- Maintain relationships with PR agencies, ensuring KPIs are met and regularly network with regional press and influencers.
- Track key performance indicators such as event attendance, CRM capture, and media value.
- Deliver post-event reports and analysis for senior management.
- Manage budget planning, invoice tracking, and cost optimization.
- Collaborate with retail, CRM, training, and commercial teams to align outputs and impact.
- Supervise a Marketing Executive and indirectly oversee Hospitality Coordinators and PR agency teams.
- 7–10+ years of experience in luxury brand experience, events, marketing, communications, or PR.
- Experience in the watches, jewellery, fashion, hospitality, or premium lifestyle sectors preferred.
- Strong creative sensibility and passion for experiential storytelling.
- Excellence in operational planning, logistics, and agency management.
- Solid experience managing PR and/or media agencies.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Regional knowledge and cultural adaptability across MEIAT markets.
- Fluency in English; Arabic or French is advantageous.
- High aesthetic sense and meticulous attention to detail.
7–10+ years of experience in luxury brand experience, events, marketing, communications, or PR, preferably within the watches, jewellery, fashion, hospitality, or premium lifestyle sectors.
