- Diagnose and repair a diverse range of watches and accessories, including quartz, mechanical, automatic, chronograph, and complex movements.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient workshop, ensuring all equipment is calibrated and maintained according to safety guidelines.
- Participate in routine technical skills assessments to demonstrate proficiency in diagnosis, quality control, and watchmaking practices.
- Communicate professionally and promptly with boutique personnel, managers, sales associates, and clients regarding repairs and timelines.
- Engage in brand training and development sessions, including masterclasses and product launches.
- Coordinate repairs with external vendors when necessary and provide feedback on product quality issues.
- Accredited Watchmaking Diploma or Certification, or equivalent demonstrable skills.
- Minimum 5-10 years of experience in watchmaking, preferably in a retail setting.
- Proven experience in teaching and explaining watchmaking concepts.
- Experience with luxury brands is advantageous.
- Proficiency in repairing high-complication calibers.
- Authorized to work in the United States without restriction.
- Strong computer skills; SAP knowledge preferred.
- Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced team environment.
- Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
A minimum of 5-10 years of experience in watchmaking, with a preference for experience in a retail setting.
Accredited Watchmaking Diploma or Certification.
Expected salary range: $95,000 - $120,000, negotiable based on skills and experience.
