1. Diagnose and repair a diverse range of watches and accessories, including quartz, mechanical, automatic, chronograph, and complex movements.
2. Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient workshop, ensuring all equipment is calibrated and maintained according to safety guidelines.
3. Participate in routine technical skills assessments to demonstrate proficiency in diagnosis, quality control, and watchmaking practices.
4. Communicate professionally and promptly with boutique personnel, managers, sales associates, and clients regarding repairs and timelines.
5. Engage in brand training and development sessions, including masterclasses and product launches.
6. Coordinate repairs with external vendors when necessary and provide feedback on product quality issues.

1. Accredited Watchmaking Diploma or Certification, or equivalent demonstrable skills.
2. Minimum 5-10 years of experience in watchmaking, preferably in a retail setting.
3. Proven experience in teaching and explaining watchmaking concepts.
4. Experience with luxury brands is advantageous.
5. Proficiency in repairing high-complication calibers.
6. Authorized to work in the United States without restriction.

1. Strong computer skills; SAP knowledge preferred.
2. Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced team environment.
3. Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.

A minimum of 5-10 years of experience in watchmaking, with a preference for experience in a retail setting.

Accredited Watchmaking Diploma or Certification.

Expected salary range: $95,000 - $120,000, negotiable based on skills and experience.
