1. Support the boutique team at Icon Siam, Thailand, reporting to the Boutique Manager.
2. Build and maintain local client relationships and coach the team to enhance sales, CRM, client service, and store operations.
3. Achieve personal sales targets in line with brand retail strategy and compliance regulations.
4. Maximize profit while controlling costs and analyzing missed sales opportunities.
5. Organize private viewings for potential VIP clients and discuss business opportunities with management.
6. Ensure excellence in client welcoming, handling, and service, acting as a brand ambassador.
7. Maintain the boutique's appearance and implement new visual merchandising concepts.
8. Manage customer relationships and CRM activities, including handling client complaints and coordinating repairs.
9. Participate in stocktaking, quality control, and ensure accurate stock management.
10. Represent boutique management in their absence and ensure compliance with financial procedures.
11. Report opportunities and incidents to the Boutique Manager and share best practices with the team.
12. Contribute to team development through training, role-plays, and onboarding new members.

1. 5+ years of experience in luxury watch or high-value product sales preferred.
2. 3-5 years of management experience in a high-volume or luxury environment with proven staff development skills.

1. Strong interpersonal skills and confidence.
2. Solution-oriented and client-focused approach.
3. Proficiency in MS Office.
4. Fluency in Thai and English; a third language is advantageous.

A minimum of 5 years in luxury product sales, with management experience preferred.
