Jaeger LeCoultre Boutique Supervisor

- Support the boutique team at Icon Siam, Thailand, reporting to the Boutique Manager.
- Build and maintain local client relationships and coach the team to enhance sales, CRM, client service, and store operations.
- Achieve personal sales targets in line with brand retail strategy and compliance regulations.
- Maximize profit while controlling costs and analyzing missed sales opportunities.
- Organize private viewings for potential VIP clients and discuss business opportunities with management.
- Ensure excellence in client welcoming, handling, and service, acting as a brand ambassador.
- Maintain the boutique's appearance and implement new visual merchandising concepts.
- Manage customer relationships and CRM activities, including handling client complaints and coordinating repairs.
- Participate in stocktaking, quality control, and ensure accurate stock management.
- Represent boutique management in their absence and ensure compliance with financial procedures.
- Report opportunities and incidents to the Boutique Manager and share best practices with the team.
- Contribute to team development through training, role-plays, and onboarding new members.
- 5+ years of experience in luxury watch or high-value product sales preferred.
- 3-5 years of management experience in a high-volume or luxury environment with proven staff development skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills and confidence.
- Solution-oriented and client-focused approach.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Fluency in Thai and English; a third language is advantageous.
A minimum of 5 years in luxury product sales, with management experience preferred.
