1. Provide essential support to boutique managers and act as a key liaison with Richemont's Retail Back Office and Operations Department.
2. Oversee stock management, including incoming and outgoing product flows, inventories, and supply orders for finished products and accessories.
3. Manage cash registers, various payment methods, credits, and deposits.
4. Coordinate itinerant collections of Haute Horlogerie pieces.
5. Handle administrative tasks related to third-party commissions, including guides and business introducers.
6. Manage supplies for marketing tools and customer gifts, both permanent and seasonal.
7. Develop and update reporting tools for boutique activities, including remote sales, daily reports, and monthly reports for headquarters.
8. Ensure compliance with all Richemont processes and guidelines.
9. Serve as a key user for New Retail developments, including the Elevate project for client database management and CRM programs.

1. Bachelor's degree or equivalent (Bac+2)

1. Proficiency in office tools (Microsoft Office Suite, SAP)
2. Fluency in English and ideally a second foreign language
3. Strong organizational skills
4. Ability to work collaboratively in a team
5. Excellent anticipation and proactivity

A minimum of 5 years of successful experience in a similar role is required.
