1. Ensure timely and accurate stock movement between the boutique and warehouse, including receiving, transferring, tagging, and pricing verification.
2. Communicate with the Operations Department to document and fulfill stock movement requests.
3. Coordinate the sending and receiving of watches to and from the workshop, tracking and updating repair statuses.
4. Conduct regular stock counts, reconcile discrepancies, and maintain accurate inventory documentation.
5. Organize and maintain documentation of stock movements, including invoices, purchase orders, and delivery notes.
6. Prepare daily and weekly reports on stock movements, inventory levels, and discrepancies for the Boutique Manager.

1. 2-3 years of experience in administrative roles
2. Proficiency in English
3. UAE Nationality

1. Excellent verbal and written communication skills
2. High proficiency in Microsoft Excel
3. Strong organizational skills
4. Effective team player with strong emotional intelligence
5. Experience in retail is advantageous

2-3 years of experience in administrative positions, preferably within a retail environment.
