Jaeger LeCoultre Boutique Manager

- Oversee the overall management of the boutique in Sydney, ensuring achievement of sales targets and client portfolio development.
- Collaborate with the Retail Manager to define and implement business development strategies and boutique action plans.
- Partner with the CRM Manager to enhance clienteling strategies, focusing on new client acquisition and retention of loyal clients.
- Act as a brand ambassador, maintaining exceptional client experiences and high standards of professionalism.
- Manage and develop the boutique team through coaching, feedback, and training, ensuring alignment with retail KPIs.
- Conduct regular team meetings to communicate targets and best practices for client experience.
- Ensure compliance with Group policies and enforce commercial rules, overseeing safety, security, and operational procedures.
- Recruit, integrate, and develop new team members, maintaining a talent pipeline.
- 7-10 years of retail management experience, preferably in luxury watches and jewellery.
- Proven ability to develop long-term client relationships and business growth.
- Experience in representing a luxury brand and hosting in-boutique events.
- Availability to work retail hours, including weekends.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong people management and team development capabilities.
- Analytical and organizational skills.
- Proactive approach to business and HR needs.
- Flexibility and adaptability to change.
A minimum of 7-10 years in retail management, with a preference for experience in luxury watches and jewellery.
