1. Oversee the overall management of the boutique in Sydney, ensuring achievement of sales targets and client portfolio development.
2. Collaborate with the Retail Manager to define and implement business development strategies and boutique action plans.
3. Partner with the CRM Manager to enhance clienteling strategies, focusing on new client acquisition and retention of loyal clients.
4. Act as a brand ambassador, maintaining exceptional client experiences and high standards of professionalism.
5. Manage and develop the boutique team through coaching, feedback, and training, ensuring alignment with retail KPIs.
6. Conduct regular team meetings to communicate targets and best practices for client experience.
7. Ensure compliance with Group policies and enforce commercial rules, overseeing safety, security, and operational procedures.
8. Recruit, integrate, and develop new team members, maintaining a talent pipeline.

1. 7-10 years of retail management experience, preferably in luxury watches and jewellery.
2. Proven ability to develop long-term client relationships and business growth.
3. Experience in representing a luxury brand and hosting in-boutique events.
4. Availability to work retail hours, including weekends.
