1. Achieve sustainable business ambitions by ensuring sales performance and growth, strategic planning, and execution of boutique objectives.
2. Monitor performance and KPIs, identifying trends and opportunities for improvement.
3. Represent Jaeger-LeCoultre as a brand ambassador within the local community, enhancing brand visibility through strategic partnerships and events.
4. Ensure compliance with Group’s policies and Maison’s commercial rules, overseeing safety, security, and inventory management.
5. Cultivate a positive and collaborative work environment, fostering team morale, passion, and productivity.
6. Implement strategies to enhance team engagement and motivation, conducting performance reviews and coaching.
7. Organize boutique team rosters to optimize staffing levels and ensure exceptional client service.
8. Implement and manage CRM strategies to cultivate and expand the boutique's client database, driving repeat business and brand loyalty.
9. Ensure the boutique environment provides a welcoming and luxurious experience for all clients.

1. Proven experience in luxury retail management, preferably in the watch or jewellery industry.

2. Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
3. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
4. Fluency in English.
