- Achieve sustainable business ambitions by ensuring sales performance and growth, strategic planning, and execution of boutique objectives.
- Monitor performance and KPIs, identifying trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Represent Jaeger-LeCoultre as a brand ambassador within the local community, enhancing brand visibility through strategic partnerships and events.
- Ensure compliance with Group’s policies and Maison’s commercial rules, overseeing safety, security, and inventory management.

- Ensure the boutique environment provides a welcoming and luxurious experience for all clients.
- Proven experience in luxury retail management, preferably in the watch or jewellery industry.
- Excellent leadership and team management abilities.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Fluency in English.
