- Develop and execute boutique sales strategies, leveraging the Maison's identity and history to achieve objectives in turnover and client portfolio development.
- Act as an ambassador for the Maison, both inside and outside the boutique, embodying its sophisticated elegance.
- Collaborate with the Retail Manager and Commercial Director to define and implement business development strategies, with a focus on the high-end segment.
- Partner with the CRM Manager to implement clienteling strategies to enhance client acquisition and retention.
- Ensure an exceptional client experience, maintaining the highest standards of courtesy and professionalism.
- Develop partnerships with external entities to attract new customers to the boutique.
- Efficiently handle customer repair requests and maintain high standards of cleanliness, presentation, and customer service.
- Lead and develop a high-performing team, setting an example through boutique floor presence and achieving sales targets.
- Create individual development plans for team members, supported by retail KPIs and ongoing coaching.
- Conduct regular team meetings to ensure alignment on objectives and promote best practices.
- Manage administrative and HR tasks, defining roles and responsibilities within the boutique.
- Actively recruit and integrate new team members, maintaining a talent pipeline.
- Ensure compliance with Group policies and enforce the Maison's commercial rules.
- Oversee safety and security of the team, stock, and premises, ensuring adherence to operating procedures.
- 5 years of retail management experience, preferably in luxury watches and jewelry.
- Proven ability to develop long-term client relationships and business, with a record of high-end sales.
- Demonstrated success in people management and team development, with a focus on diversity.
- Availability to work retail hours, including weekends.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to motivate and develop a team.
- Flexible mindset with a willingness to embrace change and learn.
A minimum of 5 years in retail management, with a preference for experience in luxury watches and jewelry.
