1. Oversee the overall management of the boutique, ensuring alignment with the Maison's identity and objectives.
2. Develop and implement local strategies to enhance sales, CRM, and client service.
3. Collaborate with the Retail Manager to devise action plans for clientele development and business growth.
4. Partner with the CRM Manager to execute clienteling strategies for client acquisition and retention.
5. Maintain exceptional client experiences and uphold the highest standards of professionalism and courtesy.
6. Lead and develop the boutique team through coaching, feedback, and training.
7. Set and monitor individual and collective sales targets based on retail KPIs.
8. Ensure compliance with Group policies and enforce commercial rules.
9. Oversee safety, security, and operational procedures within the boutique.

1. 7-10 years of management experience, preferably in luxury retail.
2. Proficiency in English, with Mandarin as an added advantage.
3. Availability to work retail hours, including weekends.
4. Proven success in people management and team development.
