- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets as directed by management.
- Cultivate and maintain strong client relationships both within and outside the boutique.
- Proactively develop a client portfolio, focusing on high watchmaking and bespoke sales.
- Ensure exceptional customer service and provide expert product knowledge.
- Assist clients with customer service needs, both pre- and post-sale.
- Maintain the brand's high standards of luxury client experience.
- Utilize CRM tools for client data capture and relationship building.
- Resolve client issues and escalate to management as necessary.
- Participate in the planning and execution of in-store and offsite events.
- Comply with all security and operational policies and procedures.
- Assist with boutique set-up, breakdown, merchandising, and maintenance.
- Participate in inventories and cycle counts to ensure audit success.
- Support commercial projects, including boutique renovations and relocations.
- 3+ years of experience in watches or high-value luxury product sales preferred.
- Strong understanding of customer service needs and priorities.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks with precision.
- Availability to work retail hours, including nights and weekends.
- Proficiency in customer relationship management tools.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Team-player with a self-starter attitude.
- Proficiency in computer skills; SAP experience is a plus.
A minimum of three years in luxury product sales, particularly in watches, is preferred.
