1. Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets as directed by management.
2. Cultivate and maintain strong client relationships both within and outside the boutique.
3. Proactively develop a client portfolio and enhance existing client relationships.
4. Deliver exceptional customer service and provide expert product knowledge.
5. Assist clients with customer service needs before and after sales.
6. Participate in daily boutique operations, including set-up, breakdown, and maintenance.
7. Ensure compliance with all security and operational policies and procedures.
8. Support merchandising and inventory management, including cycle counts and audits.
9. Engage in special projects such as price changes and back-office support.
10. Collaborate with management to plan and participate in in-store and offsite events.

1. 3+ years of experience in luxury product sales, preferably in watches.
2. Strong understanding of customer service needs and priorities.
3. Availability to work retail hours, including nights and weekends.

1. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
2. Proficiency in computer skills; SAP experience is advantageous.
3. Attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
4. Self-motivated with a team-oriented approach.
5. Additional language skills are beneficial.

A minimum of 3 years in luxury product sales, with a preference for experience in the watch industry.
