- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets as directed by management.
- Cultivate and maintain strong client relationships both within and outside the boutique.
- Proactively develop a client portfolio and enhance existing client relationships.
- Deliver exceptional customer service and provide expert product knowledge.
- Assist clients with customer service needs before and after sales.
- Participate in daily boutique operations, including set-up, breakdown, and maintenance.
- Ensure compliance with all security and operational policies and procedures.
- Support merchandising and inventory management, including cycle counts and audits.
- Engage in special projects such as price changes and back-office support.
- Collaborate with management to plan and participate in in-store and offsite events.
- 3+ years of experience in luxury product sales, preferably in watches.
- Strong understanding of customer service needs and priorities.
- Availability to work retail hours, including nights and weekends.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficiency in computer skills; SAP experience is advantageous.
- Attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Self-motivated with a team-oriented approach.
- Additional language skills are beneficial.
A minimum of 3 years in luxury product sales, with a preference for experience in the watch industry.
