1. Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets as directed by management.
2. Cultivate and maintain strong client relationships both within and outside the boutique.
3. Proactively develop new and existing clientele, focusing on high watchmaking and bespoke sales.
4. Deliver exceptional customer service and provide expert product knowledge.
5. Assist clients with customer service needs before and after sales.
6. Ensure compliance with all security and operational policies and procedures.
7. Participate in daily operations, including boutique set-up, merchandising, and inventory management.
8. Support in-store and offsite events and networking initiatives.

1. 5+ years of experience in watches or high-value luxury product sales preferred.
2. Strong understanding of customer service needs and priorities.
3. Excellent computer skills, with SAP exposure as a plus.
4. Additional language skills are advantageous.

2. Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
3. Self-starter with a team-player approach.
4. Availability to work retail hours, including nights and weekends.

A minimum of 5 years in luxury retail sales, particularly in watches or high-value products, is preferred.
