Jaeger LeCoultre Assistant Vice President of Marketing and Communications

- Lead the Marketing team in developing and implementing strategies to enhance brand positioning, consumer awareness, and revenue growth in North America.
- Collaborate with the Brand President and commercial team to execute strategic brand direction.
- Manage marketing needs across various distribution channels, creating engaging consumer experiences.
- Plan and execute regional marketing plans, aligning with global strategic objectives.
- Oversee digital, print, and OOH media strategies to amplify brand awareness and drive traffic.
- Develop PR and communications strategies to enhance brand desirability through non-paid media placements.
- Conceptualize and execute event strategies to drive sales and elevate brand image.
- Ensure consistency and quality in visual merchandising across the region.
- Manage and develop the marketing and communications team, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a relevant field.
- Background in luxury, consumer goods, or luxury hospitality is advantageous.
- Fluency in English is required.
- Strong leadership and change management skills.
- Outstanding communication and networking abilities.
- Capability to deliver high standards of excellence and results.
- Strong leadership and team development skills.
A minimum of 5 years in a relevant field, preferably within the luxury or consumer goods sectors.
Expected salary range: $190,000 - $210,000, based on skills and experience.
